- Delivery times vary from order to order. Generally speaking, it takes 8 to 12 weeks from the date of purchase to the time the home is installed on the foundation.It takes an additional 3 to 4 weeks for homes that include on-site finishing work.
- We have close to one hundred homes that are featured in 4 collections : Richelieu (QC & ON), Hudson (US), Niagara (QC & ON), and Rideau (Chalets).
- Yes. It is often possible to design a modular version of the house that you are looking for. Our representatives are highly skilled in computer generated design and are capable of creating house plans for which the customer is looking. If the model sought cannot be built with the modular system, we will immediately advise the client.
- In the Eastern Township region of Quebec we not only lay foundations, but we also work as a general contractor. According to the client's needs, we are able to complete virtually all needed site and finishing work on the home.
- For all other regions, we assemble the home and finish the joining work. All other foundation and finishing work is the customer's responsibility
