Alouette Homes manufactures 2 different types of homes in its factory:
Modular homes consist of large modules that are substantially completed in the factory. They include electrical wiring, plumbing and even the kitchen cabinets. They are transported by truck to your building site, where foundations have already been prepared to receive the modules. After delivery, drywall taping, painting, floor-coverings and utility hook-ups are completed. This system offers the following advantages:
Construction of your home in a climate-controlled environment, protected from rain, snow and wind
A large measure of control during the building process, resulting in better quality, lower cost and faster completion
Panelized homes consist of pre-engineered subcomponents such as walls and floors that are quickly assembled on site. The principal advantages are unlimited design possibilities and decreased shipping costs, especially to far-away markets.
Whatever construction system best fits your project, you can rely on our reputation for professionalism and reliability to complete your project on time and on budget.
